If you're having a difficult time, whatever you're going through, you dont have to face it alone. Samaritans will listen.

Samaritans provides free, confidential emotional support 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, for anyone who is struggling to cope. Whether you're experiencing feelings of distress, despair, suicidal thoughts, or simply need someone to listen, Samaritans offers a safe, non-judgemental space to talk. You do not have to be in crisis to contact them.
